| The supply of high-quality solar glass is a tradition. Our clients have been relying upon us for over 25 years. GMB solar glass stands for solar glass of the highest quality and performance for successful products in photovoltaic and solar-thermal. All of our solar glasses in the GMB solar glass family are produced using the best selected raw materials. Low iron content and constant quality stand in the forefront. The composition of the glass is not only based on optical characteristics but is also optimised in regard to its durability and its mechanical characteristics. Solar glass is produced exclusively 365 days a year using the most modern production methods – only in this way can a constant quality standard and performance be guaranteed. The design of the glass furnace with dual operation (heating gas-electric) and regulated injection of oxygen reduces the environmental impact to a minimum. Production capacity is currently 300 tonnes per day and shall be approximately doubled by 2010. Our productive equipment enables the efficient production of a large series of automated machinery up to the production of individual pieces on a special „offline“- machine. In this way, client wishes can also be fulfilled at short notice. Reliable delivery takes highest priority for us: according to your wishes we can apply either security storage or stockpiling to guarantee reliable delivery. |
